Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Special Monsoon Cancellation Policy – Ranthambore Safari Booking
In the event that the park is closed due to rain:

Gypsy Bookings: 75% refund issued

Canter Bookings: 65% refund issued
Please Note:- If your safari permit has already been issued, we regret that no refunds can be provided under any circumstances.
cancellation policy for Current/Tatkal bookings:

For Current Bookings made on the same day, up to 1 hour before the safari, only the payment receipt is required to be shown at the boarding point to gain entry.

If the guest is not present at the boarding point ( Ganesh Dham) Morning Time 7:30Am & Evening Time 3:00PM at the designated time or misses the safari, the booking will be treated as a “No Show”, and no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Cancellation Before Safari Reporting Time:

If a customer submits a cancellation request before the scheduled safari time, the following cancellation charges will apply:

🛻 Gypsy Safari: 25% of the booking amount will be deducted.

🚌 Canter Safari: 35% of the booking amount will be deducted.

The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within the standard processing period.

Cancellation Hotel & Safari Terms :

- 30 days prior to arrival date No Cancellation Charges

- Between 30 – 15 days prior to arrival date – 40 % Cancellation Charge

- Between 15 – 7 days prior to arrival date – 60% Cancellation Charge

- Between 7 days – 48 hours prior to arrival date – 75 % Cancellation Charge

- Jeep Safari & – Canter Safari Payment are Non REFUNDABLE

- Less than 48 hours or No Show – NO REFUND
Refund Policy
In case your safari booking is unsuccessful due to reasons such as a technical error or non-availability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your provided bank account. (10 to 15 working days) This will be communicated to you accordingly.
We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any customer is not completely satisfied with our Services, we can provide a refund as per the brand refund policy.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account

Wildlife Safari India would like to clarify that we operate solely as a private travel agency. We are not authorized by the Forest Department and do not claim any affiliation with them.
Our services include:
- Safari bookings
- Hotel accommodations
- Transportation arrangements (including pickups and drops)
- Flight booking on behalf of our customers
We operate independently and charge a reasonable fee for the services we provide. Please note that our charges are subject to change based on factors such as safari demand and seasonal booking trends. Prices may also increase during peak travel periods due to high booking volumes.
